Bonds KZ2C00006203 (BTRKb3) of National managing holding "Baiterek" underwent listing procedure on KASE by category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, August 28, 2019/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of August 28, 2019, bonds KZ2C00006203 (KZT1,000, KZT25.0 bn; 10 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined upon results of the first resultant special trading session for bonds offering; 30/360) of National managing holding "Baiterek" (Nur-Sultan) were included in KASE official list's main market's "bonds" category. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced later, as soon as the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The issuance of said bonds is the second one under the fifth bond program of National managing holding "Baiterek" registered by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 27, 2019 in the amount of KZT65.0 bn. SkyBridge Invest (Almaty) is the financial advisor of National managing holding "Baiterek". Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) BTRKb3.
