/KASE, August 26, 2019/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that as
of August 27, 2019 trading in bonds KZ2C00004034 (KASE alternative market,
category "bonds", BASTb1) of BAST (Almaty) will be suspended on KASE.
This decision was made due to the conducting on August 27, 2019 of a general
meeting of holders of said bonds whereby the issue of making amendments to
the issuing terms of said bonds will be considered.
Trading in said bonds on KASE will be resumed on the next business day after
receipt by KASE of respective amendments to said bonds' issue prospectus
and confirmation from the Central Securities Depository of resumption of their
offering and circulation in its accounting system.
In case the general meeting of bondholders fails to take place and/or no
decision on approval of amendments to the bonds issue prospectus is taken,
the trading in said bonds will be resumed on the next business day after the
receipt from BAST of a notice of publication of a decision taken by the general
meeting of bondholders on the website of the financial statements depository.
