/KASE, August 23, 2019/ – Altyntau Kokshetau (Akmola region), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE
that following a decision of its sole shareholder dated August 19, 2019 an
additional distribution of the net income in form of dividends in the amount of
USD80,000,000.00 was approved, the amount of dividend per ordinary share –
USD200.
