Bonds KZ2P00006190 (NCOMb2) of Novacom Corporation underwent listing procedure on KASE by category "bonds" of alternative market

/KASE, August 23, 2019/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of August 23, 2019, bonds KZ2P00006190 (KZT1,000, KZT100.0 bn; 10 years, semi-annual coupon 13.00 % APR; 30/360) of Novacom Corporation (Almaty) were included in KASE official list's alternative market's "bonds" category. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced later, as soon as the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Investmet house "Fincraft" (Almaty) is the financial advisor of Novacom Corporation. Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) NCOMb2. More detailed information on said bond issue will be released on KASE website once the Listing Commission's decision becomes effective.
