Bonds KZ2С00006179 (BTDVb2) of Baiterek development underwent listing procedure on KASE by category "bonds" of alternative market

/KASE, August 23, 2019/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of August 23, 2019, bonds KZ2С00006179 (KZT1,000, KZT25.0 bn; 10 years, semi-annual coupon 10.00 % APR; 30/360) of Baiterek development (Nur-Sultan) were included in KASE official list's alternative market's "bonds" category. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced later, as soon as the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Kazkommerts Securities (subsidiary of Kazkommertsbank) (Almaty) is the financial advisor and underwriter of Baiterek development. Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) BTDVb2.
