/KASE, August 23, 2019/ – Al Saqr Finance (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following
a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated August 15, 2019, the
following changes were made to the Board of Directors' composition:
- removed: A. Barlubaev – member of the Board of Directors, A. Nurmagambetov –
member of the Board of Directors, B. Seksenbaev – member of the Board of
Directors;
- appointed: B. Seksenbaev – Chairman of the Board of Directors, R. Ermukhametov –
member of the Board of Directors, Savet Saken – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of Al Saqr Finance
consists of three persons.
