Common and privileged shares of KRF "ZANGAR" OJSC (Kazakhstan) have passed listing procedure at KASE under "B" category

/KASE, December 20, 02/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Council dated December 20 of 2002 common inscribed (KZ1C02220016) and privileged inscribed (KZ1P02220211) shares of Open joint-stock company "KAZAKHSTAN REPUBLICAN FIRM 'ZANGAR" ("KRF"ZANGAR", Almaty) of have been included into KASE's official "B" listing category. At KASE bonds were assigned trade codes ZNGR and ZNGRp. The date of the mentioned Stock exchange's Council's decision taking effect (the date, since which bonds will be included into KASE's securities list) will be announced later after the issuer pays entrance and the first annual listing fees for these securities and make the Agreement about listing securities listing with KASE.
