/KASE, August 19, 2019/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you
that as of August 19, 2019 trading in bonds KZ2C00002871 (KASE main
market, category "bonds", NRBNb15) of Nurbank (Almaty) was suspended on
KASE.
The Central Securities Depository in its letter dated August 19, 2019 notified
KASE that due to a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of said
bonds on approval of making amendments to the issue prospectus of bonds,
registration of transactions in said bonds was suspended in the accounting
system of the Central Securities Depository as of August 16, 2019.
Trading in said bonds on KASE will be resumed on the following business day
after receipt by KASE of a notice from the Central Securities Depository of
resumption of registration of transactions in said bonds in its accounting
system.
