/KASE, August 15, 2019/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the following
persons quit the Board of Directors of their own accord:
- D. Zhumashov – Chairman of the Board of Directors;
- N. Karnakova – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance
consists of three persons: K. Izbastin, E. Orynbaev, R. Orazbaev.
