Fund of Problem Loans raises KZT604.0 bn on KASE on February 1 by placing 15-year bonds KZ2C00005783 (FPKRb2) at 9.00 % APR

/KASE, February 1, 2019/ – As announced earlier, a special trading session for
the offering of bonds KZ2С00005783 (KASE main market, category "bonds",
FPKRb2, KZT1,000; KZT604.0 bn; February 1, 2019 – February 1, 2034; annual
coupon 9.00 % APR, starting from the third circulation year since the beginning
of the bonds' circulation; 30/360) of Fund of Problem Loans (Almaty) was held
in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) trading system today. Below are the bid
parameters and results of the special trading session.
BCC Invest – subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit (Almaty) acted as the seller during
the special trading session.
Orders were collected within the special trading session on February 1, 2019
from 11:00 to 12:00 o'clock (Almaty time).
The face value of bonds being offered – KZT604,000,000,000.0. Orders
indicated the bond's "clean" price, denominated in percentage of the security's
face value, with accuracy within the fourth decimal place, and the number of
bonds in pieces.
At the moment of the end of collection of orders, one order for the entire
volume being offered was submitted to KASE's trading system. The order was
acknowledged as active. The "clean' price in the order submitted made up
100.00 % (9.00 % APR) per bond.
According to the offering results, the order was executed in full. Thus, the
issuer placed 604,000,000 bonds at a "clean" price of 100.00% (9.00% APR) in
the amount of KZT604,000,000,000.0.
According to the Central Securities Depository (Almaty), the deal under this
offering was executed by the end of the settlement completion.
