/KASE, August 15, 2019/ – Tengri Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a
decision of the Board of Directors dated August 12, 2019 the composition of the
bank's Management Board was changed:
- Dinesh Kumar – Chairman of the Management Board, removed;
- Pavan Singh – acting Chairman of the Management Board, appointed.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of "Tengri Bank" JSC
consists of two persons: Pavan Singh, B. Iliyasov.
