/KASE, August 9, 2019/ – Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that
by the decision of the Board of Directors of August 8, 2019, the powers of Zh.S.
Bubeyeva, deputy chairman of the Management Board of the bank, were
terminated early.
Given these changes, currently, Bank CenterCredit’s Management Board comprises
five people: G.A. Khusainov, T.Zh. Ishmuratov, E.A. Asylbek and R.V. Vladimirov
and Maszczyk Roman Aleksander.
