/KASE, August 9, 2019/ – Tin One Mining (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of changes in its
Board of Directors:
- N.M. Absametov, a member of the Board of Directors, has been excluded;
- N.B. Saurambayev, a member of the Board of Directors, has been elected.
Given these changes, currently, Tin One Mining’s Board of Directors consists of
five people: A.A. Seidullayev, N.K. Dzhanabekov, N.B. Saurambayev, N.N.
Bekgaidarov, N.B. Ryspanov.
