Sole shareholder of Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture takes decision on voluntary reorganization of the fund by way of KazAgroGarant's accession to it

/KASE, August 9, 2019/ – Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated July 31, 2019. The shareholder also took the following decisions: - to carry out the voluntary reorganization of the Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture by way of KazAgroGarant's accession to it; - to define the procedure of the accession, the deadlines and price of the offering of shares of the Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture, the deadline and price of the selling of KazAgroGarant's shares.
