whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about a decision of the Board of Directors dated July 22, 2019 "To
cancel the decision of the Board of Directors of NMH "Baiterek" dated November
23, 2018 ... regarding the issue "Of repurchase by NMH "Baiterek" of outstanding
shares following an initiative of NMH "Baiterek".
