According to the auditor’s report with an adverse opinion, consolidated financial
statements do not present fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated
financial position of First Heartland Jýsan Bank and its subsidiaries as at
December 31, 2018, and their consolidated financial results and consolidated
cash flows for the year then ended in accordance with IFRS.
