/KASE, December 9, 02/ - Development Bank of Kazakhstan CJSC (Astana), whose bonds are circulating under stock exchange's official "А" listing category, informed KASE about the fact that by the decision of prescheduled general meeting of the bank's shareholders, which was held on December 5 of 2002, according to the recommendation of the President of Kazakhstan, Yerzhan Utembayev (Deputy Chief Administration of the President of Kazakhstan) has been elected into the staff of the Board of directors of Development Bank of Kazakhstan CJSC.
