/KASE, July 30, 2019/ – Novacom Corporation (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about a decision of the general meeting of bondholders dated July 29, 2019 on
making amendments to the issue prospectus of bonds KZ2D00005949 (KASE
alternative market, category "bonds", NCOMb1).
According the information provided, amendments are related to the procedure
and terms of payment of interest on said bonds, as well as the method of
receipt of interest, method of redemption of bonds and the schedule of
exercising the right to buyback bonds.
