/KASE, July 29, 2019/ – KAZAKHALTYN Mining-Metallurgical Concern (Stepnogorsk),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that the annual general meeting of its shareholders will start
on August 26, 2019 at 11:00 o'clock, with the agenda as
follows:
- approval of the company's 2018 financial statements;
- defining the procedure of distributing the company's 2018 net income and
the amount of dividends per ordinary share of the company.
