/KASE, July 26, 2019/ – RG Brands (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of decisions
of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders held on July 19, 2019:
- to approve separate annual financial statements of the company for 2018
confirmed by the auditor’s report of Deloitte dated April 8, 2019.
