Schedule of events at corporate debt market of Kazakhstan from December 9 to December 15 of 2002

/IRBIS, December 6, 02/ - In the period from December 9 till December 15 of 2002 at Kazakhstan corporate debt market the following events will be held. December 10 register of holders of coupon indexed bonds of KTZh CJSC (Astana) of the second issue (KZ2EUY03A368; KASE official "A" listing category; TMJLb2; $100; $30.0 m; July 10, 01 - July 10, 04; semi-annual coupon 8.0% APR) is fixed. Register is fixed for the third coupon payment. It means that since December 10 of 2002 till January 10 of 2003 the bonds will be quoted at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) without accumulated interest. December 11 VITA OJSC (Almaty) pays the first coupon on its coupon indexed bonds of the third issue (KZ2CKY02A561; KASE's official "B" listing category; VITAb3; KZT100, KZT750.0 m; June 11, 02 - June 11, 04, semi- annual coupon 14.0% APR). Coupon interest is charged upon bond's indexed face value. In case all bonds are in circulation the sum of payment equals to equivalent of USD342.8 at the current stock exchange's rate or KZT53.3 m. December 13 register of holders of guaranteed coupon euronotes of TuranAlem Finance B.V. (Rotterdam, Kingdom of Netherlands) of the first issue (XS0131688227; KASE official "A" listing category; BTASe1; $100.0 m; June 28, 01 - June 28, 04; semi-annual coupon 11.5% APR) is fixed. Register is fixed for the third coupon payment. Nonetheless, since December 13 till December 28, of 2002 the euronotes will be quoted at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) taking into account accumulated interest that corresponds to the system of depositary accounting of the securities. December 13 register of holders of coupon indexed bonds of BANK CASPIAN OJSC (Almaty) of the first issue (KZ2CUY03A370; KASE official "A" listing category; CSBNb1; $100; $15.0 m; July 13, 01 - July 13, 04; semi- annual coupon 9.5% APR) is fixed. Register is fixed for the third coupon payment. It means that since December 13 of 2002 till January 13 of 2003 the bonds will be quoted at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) without accumulated interest. [2002-12-06]
