/KASE, July 23, 2019/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated July 5, 2019.
The shareholder also took the following decisions:
- to approve the company's 2018 consolidated and separate annual financial
statements;
- to approve the procedure of distribution of the company's 2018 net income;
- to pay out dividends on the company's ordinary shares at KZT0.61 per share.
