/KASE, July 23, 2019/ – Freedom Finance (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
a general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C00004257 (KASE alternative
market, category "bonds", FFINb3) by absentee voting will take place on
August 20, 2019.
The meeting agenda includes the issue of "making amendments to the
Prospectus of the second bond issue under the first bond program of Freedom
Finance".
