/KASE, July 23, 2019/ – Freedom Finance (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
a general meeting of of holders of bonds KZ2C00003945 (KASE alternative market,
category "bonds", FFINb2) by absentee voting will take place on August 19, 2019.
The meeting agenda includes the issue of "making amendments to the prospectus of
the first bond issue under the first bond program of Freedom Finance".
