/KASE, July 23, 2019/ – Freedom Finance (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that "on July 19, 2019 rating agency Standard & Poor's assigned the credit
rating "В-" on the international scale to the second bond issue of Freedom
Finance (ISIN: KZ2C00004257), issued under the first bond program".
