/KASE, July 23, 2019/ – As announced earlier, by a decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated July 17, 2019, the following bonds of Bank RBK (Almaty) were included in KASE official list's main market's "bonds" category: - KZ2C00006013 (KZT100, KZT10.0 bn; 7 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined after the first successful bond offering auction; 30/360); - KZ2C00006021 (KZT100, KZT10.0 bn; 7 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined after the first successful bond offering auction; 30/360); This decision is effective as of July 23, 2019 after the issuer fulfilled the terms of item 1 of Chapter 5 of Appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. These bonds were assigned abbreviations (tickers) INBNb8 and INBNb9, respectively.
