listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of the

In accordance with a letter No. 13-8-13/1262 of the National Bank of the
Republic of Kazakhstan dated 10.07.2019, regarding changes in the
composition of the Board of Directors of Tengri Bank (hereinafter – the Bank),
the issue of changes in the Bank's Board of Directors is considered as
illegitimate by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Based on the above-mentioned, we inform you that the Bank's Board of
Directors consists of the following persons:
- Timur Kuanyshev – Chairman of the Board of Directors;
- Lovleen Kumar Malhotra – member of the Board of Directors;
- Kalia Subhash Chander – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director;
- Erzhan Shaikenov – member of the Board of Directors;
- Bauyrzhan Nugymanov – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director.
