/KASE, July 19, 2019/ – Shalkiya Zinc LTD (Kyrylorda reg.), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
changes in its Board of Directors:
- E.M. Otynshiyev, a member of the Board of Directors, has been excluded;
- B.S. Kuanshaliyev, a member of the Board of Directors, has been elected.
Given these changes, currently, the Board of Directors of Shalkiya Zinc LTD
comprises three people: K.Zh. Kudaibergen, B.S. Kuanshaliyev, Magad Erken.
