KASE, July 19, 2019/ – By the decision of the Management Board of the Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) Eurobonds XS2024657061 (KZT1,000, KZT15,392.0 mln; July 24,
2019 – July 30, 2024; floating quarterly coupon indexed to inflation in Kazakhstan
+ fixed margin 0.375 %; actual/360) of the Asian Development Bank included in
"Securities of international financial organizations" sector of KASE official list
as of July 11, 2019.
Tengri Capital MB (Almaty) is the initiator of admittance of these bonds.
This decision of the Listing Commission comes into force on July 22, 2019 as the
said admittance initiator has fulfilled the terms set in sub-item 1) of item 2 of
Chapter 2 of Appendix 2.5 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally.
These bonds were assigned abbreviation (ticker) ASDBK300724.
