The makeup of Kcell’s Board of Directors changed

/KASE, July 18, 2019/ – Kcell (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following information statement dated July 17, 2019: quote Kcell Joint Stock Company ("Kcell" or the "Company") (LSE, KASE: KCEL), the leading provider of mobile telecommunications services in Kazakhstan, announces that Yerulan Aitasovich Kusainov, representative of Kazakhtelecom’s shareholder, has notified the Company on July 12, 2019 of his departure from Kcell’s Board of Directors as of July 19, 2019.
