/KASE, July 5, 2019/ – AltynEx Company (Aktobe reg.), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions
of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 28, 2019:
- to approve the company's 2018 financial statements;(
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2018 in the amount of KZT2,265,574
thous. and to leave it at the company’s disposal.
- not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2018;
- to approve the company's annual report for 2018;
- to take due note of the fact of absence of shareholders’ petitions related to
the actions of the company and its executives in 2018. To take due note of the
amount and the makeup of remuneration to members of the Board of Directors and
the Management Board of the company.
