Ordinary shares KZ1C00001171 (ATEC) of AltynEx Company to be transferred from "shares" sector of alternative market to "standard" category of the KASE official list’s main market as of July 5

/KASE, July 4, 2019/ – By the decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) ordinary shares KZ1C00001171 (KASE alternative market, "shares" sector, ATEC) of AltynEx Company (Aktobe reg.) will be transferred from "shares" sector of alternative market to "standard" category of the KASE official list’s main market as of July 5, 2019. The KASE conclusion report dated June 27, 2019 says that according to the results of the examination of AltynEx Company and the mentioned shares for compliance with the criteria and requirements set by the Listing Rules for including bonds to the KASE official list main market’s "standard" caterogy it was established that the company and its bonds comply with the requirements for this category. These shares were included in KASE official list's category under second category as of October 27, 2015. Since June 1, 2017 they have been in category "shares" of KASE official list's alternative market. Trades in them opened on November 30, 2015. [2019-07-04]
