Bonds KZ2P00003866 (AGGZb1) of Amangeldy Gas to be transferred from "bonds" category of alternative market to "bonds" category of the KASE official list’s main market as of July 5

/KASE, July 4, 2019/ – By the decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) bonds KZ2P00003866 (KASE alternative market, "bonds" category, AGGZb1) of Amangeldy Gas (Nur-Sultan) will be transferred from "bonds" category of alternative market to "bonds" category of the KASE official list’s main market as of July 5, 2019. The KASE conclusion report dated June 27, 2019 says that according to the results of the examination of Amangeldy Gas and the mentioned bonds for compliance with the criteria and requirements set by the Listing Rules for including bonds to the KASE official list main market’s "bonds" caterogy it was established that the company and its bonds comply with the requirements for this category. These bonds were included in KASE official list's category "Debt securities of entities of quasi-public sector" as of February 3, 2017. Since June 1, 2017 they have been in category "bonds" of KASE official list's alternative market. Trades in them opened on March 16, 2017. [2019-07-04]
