LLP. According to the auditor’s report, which contains the grounds for qualified
opinion, consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material
respects, the consolidated financial position of Central Asian Electric Power
Corporation and its subsidiaries as at December 31, 2018, and their consolidated
financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year then ended in accordance
with IFRS.
