According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized ordinary shares KZ1C50600010 of the Bank makes up 7,830,000 pieces; - all authorized shares of the Bank are outstanding; - the Bank's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the Bank is the Baiterek National Management Holding.
