/KASE, July 3, 2019/ – Fund of Problem Loans (hereinafter – the Company), whose debt securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided an extract from its shareholder registers as of July 1, 2019 to KASE. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized ordinary shares KZ1C58780012 of the Company makes up 60,539,600 pieces, preferred shares KZ1P58780118 - 125,000 pieces; - 60,539,600 preferred shares and all ordinary shares of the Company are outstanding; - the Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of theCcompany is Government Institution "Government Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
