on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the Extraordinary
General Meeting of its shareholders was rescheduled from July 1, 2019 to August 5,
1019, 10:00 am with the following agenda:
- on termination of powers of a member of the company's Board of Directors;
- on election of a new member of the company's Board of Directors;
