/KASE, July 1, 2019/ – Fincraft Resources (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the Annual
General Meeting of its shareholders will start on July 29, 2019 at 11:00 am with
the following agenda:
- approval of the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders;
- approval of the company’s annual financial statements for 2018.
- determining the procedure for distribution of net income for FY 2018:
- considering payment of dividends on ordinary shares of the company;
- considering allocation of the company's net income for 2018;
- on consideration of shareholders’ petitions related to the actions of the
company and its officials and the results of their consideration.
- informing company shareholders of the amount and the makeup of remuneration to
members of the Board of Directors and the Management Board of the company for
2018.
