Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), of the decision of its sole member's decision
of June 28, 2019 to "approve the auditor’s report on the financial statements of
AgroFinance for the period from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018 prepared in
accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards for the year
ended December 31, 2018, conducted by Moore Stephens Kazakhstan LLP.
