KazTransOil CJSC informed about plans of taking measures concerning fulfillment of production program for 2003

/IRBIS, November 27, 02/ - Press-service of KazTransOil CJSC (Astana), whose bonds are circulating under Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, distributed press-release, in which it is said that within the framework of fulfillment of the production program for 2003 KazTransOil CJSC intends to take a number of measures, which are regulated by the requirements of the branch normative-technical documentation: repairs of oil pipeline by the results of diagnostics, periodical in-tube clearing of oil pipelines, conducting of repairs on energy supply objects, mechanical-technological equipment and other. It is informed in the press-release that with the purpose of timely revealing defects it is planned to conduct in-tube diagnostics on 713 km of oil pipelines, appliances check up of underwater passages through the Ural river, Aktyubinsk reservoir, entire diagnostics of 20 reservoirs, vibrodiagnostics of main and supporting pumping aggregates. The most large-scale works on the current repairs comprises outer painting of 13 reservoirs and 14 oil warming furnaces, internal antistain painting of 2 reservoirs, clearing of 10 reservoirs, current repairs of railways approaches to the existing oil loading racks, repairs of bank fortification on underwater passages through the rivers Irtysh and Arys, heat insulation of technological pipelines in reservoir parks. Besides, during the planned increase of oil pumping volumes through export pipeline Atyrau-Samara, it is planned to purchase anti-vortical additive for dosed injection into the pumped oil. KazTransOil CJSC also informs that in order to receive precise and impartial data of geographical position of objects and renewal of existing data on passing of profiles of pipelines, area constructions and their communications with the purpose of further using the received data for building of maps GIS (geoinformationsl systems), there are being carried out works on topographical shoots of the Company's objects using aero-shooting. Next year the company will conduct adjustment and alignment for the exploited equipment, and also balancing and commissioning for oil heating furnaces, which are set in exploitation, boilers and electrical equipment in order to economize boiler-furnace fuel and energy, creation of optimal thermo-dynamical mode of working of boiler equipment, heat networks, oil heating furnaces.
