/KASE, June 20, 2019/ – By the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)
Listing Commission of June 19, 2019, bonds KZ2С00005973 (KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn;
10 years; semiannual coupon of 9.75% APR, 30/360) of Baiterek Development
(Nur-Sultan) were included in KASE official list alternative market's category
"bonds".
This Listing Commission decision is effective as of June 20, 2019, since the
issuer fulfilled the terms set in item 1 of Chapter 5 of Appendix 2.2 to KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these shares on KASE will also be announced additionally.
Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) BTDVb1.
