/KASE, June 19, 2019/ – Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that following a decision of its sole shareholder dated
June 10, 2019, M. Omarov was appointed a member of the bank's Board of Directors.
Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of Housing Construction
Savings Bank of Kazakhstan consists of seven persons: A. Arifkhanov, E. Khamitov,
M. Omarov, L. Ibragimova, E. Ermekova, D. Kydyrbaev, A. Barunin.
