the company's consolidated financial statement for 2018.

The company's financial statements for 2018 were audited by KPMG Audit LLP.
According to the auditor’s report, consolidated financial statements present
fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Eurasian Bank
and its subsidiaries as at December 31, 2018, and their consolidated financial
results and consolidated cash flows for the year then ended in accordance with
IFRS.
