/KASE, June 18, 2019/ – Financial Company REAL-INVEST.kz (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of the sole shareholder made on June 7, 2019 on changes in
the makeup of the company’s Board of Directors:
- excluded: B.B. Niyazov, chairman of the Board of Directors, R. Niyazova, a
member of the Board of Directors, I.I. Mestoyev, a member of the Board of
Directors and an independent director;
- elected: D.M. Mestoyev, a member of the Board of Directors, I.I. Mestoyev, a
member of the Board of Directors, Kh.A. Akhriyev, a member of the Board of
Directors and an independent director.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Financial Company
REAL-INVEST.kz comprises three people.
