/KASE, June 14, 2019/ – KazAzot (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of decisions of the annual
general meeting of shareholders dated May 30, 2019.
- to approve the company's annual financial statements for 2018;
- not to pay dividends on the company's ordinary shares for 2018;
- to take note of absence of shareholders' complaints over actions of the
company and its executives in 2018.
