/KASE, June 11, 2019/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
following a decision of the general meeting on May 31, 2019, B. Kopeshov was
appointed the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of AsiaCredit Bank
JSC consists of six persons: O. Shadiev, Aslan Yusuf Zia, Chevik Erden Kadir,
M. Kabashev, A. Asanova, B. Kopeshov.
