/KASE, June 11, 2019/ – "Baspana" Mortgage organization (Almaty), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of its sole shareholder dated June 4, 2019 on changes in the
company's Board of Directors:
- removed K. Altynbekov – member of the Board of Directors;
- appointed E. Ospanov – member of the Board of Directors;
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of "Baspana" Mortgage
organization consists of five persons: A. Smolyakov, E. Ospanov, D. Salimbaev,
Ulf Wokurka, D. Abilkairov.
