/KASE, June 7, 2019/ - The National Bank of Kazakhstan has given authorities to
Ivan Vyacheslavovich Serdyuk, Deputy Director of the Monetary Operations Department
of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, to represent the authorized body in the Board
of Directors of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Securities Market"
two representatives of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan are members
of the KASE Board of Directors.
