As of June 10, 2019 ordinary shares AU000000JPR6 (AU_JPRL) of JUPITER ENERGY LIMITED (Australia) removed from KASE official list at issuer's request

/KASE, June 10, 2019/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Listing Commission, from June 10, 2019 ordinary shares AU000000JPR6
(KASE alternative market, sector "shares", AU_JPRL) of JUPITER ENERGY LIMITED
(West Perth, hereinafter – the company) are removed from KASE official list.
In KASE's conclusion of May 24, 2019 it is said that KASE received the following
documents from the company:
- the company's application of May 14, 2019 for voluntary delisting of said
shares;
- a reference about securities holders, according to which as of April 17, 2019,
three legal persons were shareholders of the company, holding its ordinary
shares in the number of five or more percent of the total number of voting
shares (109,864,441 ordinary shares, or 71.63 %);
- an extract from the minutes of a general meeting of the company's shareholders
dated April 17, 2019, where a decision on a voluntary delisting of said shares
was taken.
Due to the above-mentioned and in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of
chapter 3 of appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules", said
shares were delisted.
The mentioned shares were included in KASE official list's third category on
September 12, 2013. Since June 1, 2017 they had been in the sector "shares"
of KASE official list's alternative market. Trades in them opened on
December 10, 2013.
