Bonds KZ2C00005932 (KZTKb4) of Kazakhtelecom underwent listing procedure on KASE by category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, June 10, 2019/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of June 7, 2019, bonds KZ2C00005932 (KZT1,000, KZT120.0 bn; 7 years, semi-annual coupon 11.50 % APR; 30/360) of Kazakhtelecom (Nur-Sultan) were included in KASE official list's main market's category "bonds". The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced later, as soon as the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Halyk Finance (Almaty) is the financial advisor and underwriter of Kazakhtelecom. Said bonds were assigned abbreviation (ticker) KZTKb4. More detailed information on said bond issue will be released on KASE website once the Listing Commission's decision becomes effective.
